Mr. Monaco has over 26 years of experience as a managed care business development executive with an impressive background in government programs within the optical industry. Prior to joining Visibility Management, Mr.  Monaco was responsible for the development and strategic direction of Essilor of America’s Government Programs division. His unique perspective allows clients to identify previously unseen opportunities within the government market.
