Ms. Sauer has 25 years experience building, managing operations and developing provider networks for managed eye care companies after her tenure with Allegan. Ms. Sauer was the COO of Pioneer Eye and then Advantica. Ms. Sauer developed Local Area Delivery Systems (LADS) for risk contracting with major health plans like Cigna, Aetna and Kaiser as well as Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans. Ms. Sauer was responsible for managing operations to support over 70 million dollars in revenue. Ms. Sauer has a knowledge base of contracting with eye care providers for routine vision care, primary eye care and ophthalmology services to include out patient surgery centers.
