Dr. John Wachter is a Senior Partner at Visibility Management.

Dr. Wachter has practiced optometry for over twenty years. He has owns a large medical practice, Eye Associates of Pinellas, in Pinellas Park, FL since 2002. His practice provides optical, optometric and ophthalmological services and is involved with commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO/managed care products. Dr. Wachter has the perspective on eye care providers accepting risk arrangements for ophthalmology services, development of clinical and billing guidelines for managed eye care services and understands the clinical process for a large practice that is contracted for all eye care services. Dr. Wachter is also well versed on HEDIS improvement and the involvement of primary care physicians in the diabetic management needs.
